The divider is designed to slide under packages on a shelf and showcase a label prominently. The larger section glides smoothly under the box, while the smaller part, featuring the name plate, sits proudly on the surface. Measuring approximately 90mm across and 40mm wide, this divider accommodates standard Brother QL-500 labels as well as others with a minimal amount of space on either side (0.5mm). To produce these dividers, they are printed facing down without any supports, allowing for various fills to be added. Multiple dividers can be printed simultaneously, making it efficient to print 6 at a time using a TronXY X5S. The edges of the divider are deliberately collapsed to prevent them from getting stuck, while the thinner rear part enhances stability. This thoughtful design ensures that the divider remains secure and functional. In an e-commerce setting, these dividers prove invaluable for segregating and labeling sections on shelves without affixing permanent labels directly to the shelf itself. This flexibility allows products to be easily rearranged or moved at will, streamlining inventory management and organization.
