Box kite

Box kite

thingiverse

A fully assembled old school box kite made up of square frames, lengthwise tendons, corner locks, and stiffeners - a total of nine unique components. The sturdy build may look intimidating but the parts are surprisingly lightweight due to their hollow interior (excluding joint sections and stiffeners). Corner locks serve multiple purposes: securing the corners together, attaching wing material, and providing knots for tying yarn to the kite.
