I required a secure clasp for my handmade boxes but was unimpressed by the flimsy tin options available online so decided to create this sturdy alternative myself. The finished product measures approximately 50mm in height and 26mm in width, consisting of three distinct components. To assemble the unit, a small screw must be securely fastened between the hook and swivel base - I estimate an M2 or M3 screw would be suitable for this task. My intention is to finish these clamps to resemble antique brass for a vintage aesthetic.
