For carrying a large, handleless cardboard box, consider using a box handle designed specifically for this purpose. This handle features teeth that pierce through the top and side of the box, providing ergonomic handles for lifting. Once finished, simply remove the handle for reuse. Made by laser-sintering, it's both efficient and cost-effective. To optimize design, ensure a gap width of 0.25-0.35mm between hinge elements, reduce journal bearing surfaces, and minimize volume by creating hollow sections with wall thicknesses as low as 1mm for strength.
