This is a box for a single momentary switch with a base of 12mm square. It requires bending the prongs flat, but offers room to make the solder connections, and provides a hole for a wire. There is a spaced designed to hold the switch and center it in the bottom of the bottom protion. I glued the switch into the space provided in the bottom, but the box stayed together without needing to resort to adhesive.
