Box for Sensors

The box is intended to house a series of air quality sensors running on a Raspberry Pi Zero. The sensors are: SDS011, flame, MQ5 and BME280. It is composed of three parts (box, lid and top), mostly separated for easier printing. I printed it on Prusament PLA - BlackJet with 15% infill on a Mini+.

The box itself prints as is, it has four holes to attach the RPi Zero, a small whole for the power cable and with no support needed it houses two ventilation holes.

The lid houses the SDS011 attached upside down on the inside, attached with M3.5 screws, as per the sensor's instructions. The BME280 and MQ-5 are position lying horizontally, Each sensor has different dimensions so it is easy to see where each goes. The lid needs support for printing.

The top part was separated for easier printing and to minimize the need for supports. It houses the flame sensor in the vertical position. It can be attached to the box easily with superglue.

All of the three sensor are attached using M2 screws.
