This electronic box, intended for your printer, sits atop the computer power supply and features a smart controller, LCD knob, and reset button on its front. Designed to work with the RepRapDiscount Smart Controller (http://reprap.org/wiki/RepRapDiscount_Smart_Controller), it can also be adapted for use with other ultipanels after some adjustments to fit the LCD panel. To assemble, print and glue the parts, then attach the LCD panel last using a small ribbon cable provided with the smart controller. It's recommended not to glue the LCD panel until the system is functioning properly. The Pololu pot for motor current may be more challenging to reach but not impossible. A 4-screw fixation option is available for the LCD panel. The software can be driven using a knob on the box, eliminating the need for a screwdriver to reset it. An SD card slot for automatic printing is situated on the left side of the box, while the sub D plug and power plug for the hot end and hot bed are located on the right side. The box accommodates a 150*141 mm PC power box (480W) and relies on air flux from the power supply to cool the ramps, obviating the need for an additional fan. Photos of the completed system will be posted soon.
