Box for knurled nuts
prusaprinters

I made this box with a sliding lid for knurled nuts. The sliding lid has grooves and when closed it clicks into place for safe storage of the knurled nuts inside.
No worries even if you turn it upside-down, because the compartments inside the box are high enough to not have any gap between them and the lid, so no mixed-up nuts inside.
Of course you can use it for other nuts as well.

Print instructions

Nothing special - just slice it and print both parts separately.
No post processing needed, except you may want to file the lip of the box where the lid is sliding to ensure smooth sliding surface. I also used silicone oil spray on the sliding surface of the lid for smoother opening and closing.
Personally, I printed with 0.2 mm layer height, 2-3 perimeters, 4 top/bottom layers. The infill doesn't actually matter as all the walls are thin and usually the perimeters fill them.
