Most of my drill bits got damaged not while drilling, but by just sitting idle on my workbench though. So why not creating a holder where they can safely store till I need them? Included are the FreeCAD source files if you'd like to modify it. The top shell is split into two parts which I glued together, allowing me to print clean parts without any supports. The inlay is 4mm thick to prevent the drill bits from axial movement. This may be the main reason why my drills got broken. The hooks need some easy support down to the inner edge. The inner edge serves as the inlay rest.
