The D3663LUA 82A2 scaler is housed in a custom-built enclosure. The YPbPr connector has been skillfully removed to optimize internal space. A precision-engineered fan provides optimal airflow, its 50-50-10 mm 2-pin configuration ensuring maximum efficiency. The matrix is securely attached to the surface via a sturdy swivel hinge. Using advanced printing techniques, a precise layer thickness of 0.12 mm is achieved, while maintaining a rapid print speed of 70 mm/sec. Filling density is set at 30% for optimal material utilization. High-quality PLA plastic is used throughout, with a controlled table temperature configuration: 70°C for the initial layer and 60°C for subsequent layers. The nozzle temperature is carefully set at 200°C to achieve superior printing results. A premium speaker case is also designed, boasting a diameter of 40 mm and delivering 3 watts of crystal-clear sound.
