Box for Bikes

<p>Bike Box:</p><p>This is a rugged box for a Bike that can hold a few tools and a tire repair kit.</p><p>Print each file once.&nbsp;</p><p>(You can but you dont have to print the Klammer)</p><p>I used:</p><ul><li>0.6mm Nozzle (0.4mm is also good)</li><li>0.3mm Layerheight (0.2mm is also good)</li><li>3 vertical Walls</li><li>30-50% Infill&nbsp;</li><li>printed in PETG with PrusaSlicer Settings</li><li>i put supports on the Box Part but they are hard to remove in PETG, maybe bridging is good enough but i wanted to make sure :)</li></ul><p>Other Hardware:</p><ul><li>3x &nbsp;M5x20mm Screws (2 for the Dovetailpart that screws to the Bikeframe (these screws may be already in the Bikeframe))</li><li>1x &nbsp;M5 Nut</li></ul><p>Assembly:</p><p>Take two M5X20 screws and bolt the dovetail to the bikeframe.</p><p>Put the lid on the box and bolt them together with one M5x20 Screw and 1 M5 Nut.</p><p>Make sure that its not to tight, so the lid can open smoothly.</p><p>Slide the box on the dovetail, it needs a few times in order to slide good.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Extra:</p><p>If you feel like the box opens to easy, you can also print the clip(Klammer) that fits over the lid and holds securly on the box.&nbsp;</p><p>A cabletie works to.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
