I needed a case for my affordable Chinese caliper, as it didn't come with one. I believe this enclosure will fit any six-inch caliper. The cover has space for two spare SR44 batteries (usually powering these calipers), allowing them to function continuously without interruption. To conserve battery life, I remove the battery from the caliper when not using it for an extended period - they would otherwise drain in just a few months. You can insert the batteries into the indented areas and easily retrieve them using the provided finger cutouts. I've uploaded both longer parts as single units, but also separately, allowing them to telescope together and be glued securely if desired. Printing each part individually proves easier than printing them as one unit. I printed with thin walls and minimal infill, yet the case remains very strong (.6mm wall thickness at top and bottom). The visible stripes on the sides result from thin walls connecting to infill. If you prefer a smoother finish, thicken the skin printed to three or four layers. Printing at .3 mm high layers will significantly speed up the process.
