Box for 2x18650 batteries shield

# Purpose This box is designed to hold a 2x18650 battery holder from Diymore. Its simple design features USB port openings on each side and a special opening for the ON/Off switch. The purpose of this box was to ensure that the batteries fit properly in their slots. I am using original Panasonic 18650 3400mAh batteries, which are slightly large due to their built-in protection features, making them a bit longer than usual. At the back, I added special holes for attaching a belt clip with the USB out connector facing upwards. The entire box weighs about 210g when filled with 2x18650 Panasonic batteries, the plastic enclosure, electronic board, and belt clip. The electronic board is a portable mobile power supply that supports two voltage outputs: 3V / 1A and 5V / 2.2A. The 5V output is rated for 2.2A and can support up to 3A of current. You can install one or two batteries on this module, as they are connected in parallel. # Parts Required To build this project, you will need: * 10x 3x8 screws made from thermoplastic material * 1x 2x18650 battery board module * 1 or 2 Panasonic 18650 batteries # Updates Here are the updates to this project: * September 4, 2019 - Added a version with side holes for heat dissipation * August 17, 2019 - Original release You can find more information about our company and our products at: 3D Modular Systems Evolutive 3D Printers If you enjoy this project and want to support us, please consider making a donation via PayPal: https://www.paypal.me/3DMS Visit our website: http://www.3dmodularsystems.com Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/3dmodularsystem Watch our videos on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/c/3DModularSystems3DPrinters
