This hydraulic container/box dumper features a lifting load capacity of 5,000 lbs and can handle containers up to 52" wide by 48" deep. It offers a discharge height of 48", a container height range from 26" to 48", and a total height of 131" when raised. The final discharge angle measures 45º, and the dumper is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders (2.5" bore x 18" stroke) that provide a cushioned head end. Weighing 1,250 lbs, this dumper comes with a hydraulic power unit featuring a 2 HP motor, a 3000 psi max pump, and a 2.5-gallon reservoir. A two-position, two-way cartridge valve and a flow control valve (1 to 2 GPM) are also included, as well as a relief valve set at 2500 psi. The cycle time is approximately 45 seconds for lifting (adjustable down time), and the dumper does not stop mid-cycle.
