The older style of box cutter shown in the photo often turns up at garage sales, etc. I find it useful to have a few of these around and they can be picked up for next to nothing (in fact you can still buy them new for a few bucks) - they work perfectly well, but unfortunately the blade does not retract and is fully exposed when not in use, and this can result in accidental cuts or damage to the blade. This print is a simple protective sheath which covers the blade when not in use, and protects both the user and the blade. The sheath is printed in flex, so it simply slips over the blade end and is held in place by friction. When it is removed in order to use the cutter, it can be stuck onto the handle end so it doesn't go astray.Print InstructionsPrint in Flex/TPU at 0.3mm layer height.0% infillSeam position : Nearest (reduces stringing)CADThe OnShape 3D CAD files for this are here :https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8b7b1f68b8cff2e14ecba0d1/w/932bb2a3818dacf5447abc9e/e/bdfcddff384ce640d6310df6
