I need a fan for regulating temperature in my printer box. So I designed this to support a 120mm fan. Two supports are installed in the printer box, one under the printer and one to extract hot air. This bracket is designed to hold a 120mm fan securely in place without any issues. The two-piece design with threaded holes allows for easy installation of a thin wall (10mm) between the support pieces, making it perfect for holding a 120mm fan. The design of the fins is not IP2-rated, so please don't put your fingers near them to avoid disrupting airflow. Their shape directs the airflow much better than a simple grille and looks nicer too! To install this bracket in my DIY table made from Lack, I drilled a hole with a diameter matching the male threading and then enlarged the bottom panel to fit the female part snugly. The result is slightly overhanging, but that's okay by me. Enjoy your new fan support!
