I add a small fillet to make the body printable without supports, solving the overhang issue in the original design. The first attempt at assembling the mechanism failed when the handle broke off the lid due to uneven pressure distribution. To fix this problem, I added a large fillet to the lid to ensure even pressure is applied during assembly. Additionally, cleaning out the grooves and guides after printing proved to be necessary before they could function properly. To prevent this hassle in the future, I added a small fillet to each of the groves, allowing the pins to mate smoothly every time.
