Box

Box

A versatile container to stash your rings before bed or during a gym session. Office employees can also use it for paper clips, staples, or earbuds. A revised, improved design is in the works, with an upcoming version on 123d Design. Print Settings: Rafts: Unnecessary Supports: Not Needed Notes: When printing without supports, a gap may form on the back side when using PLA plastic. If you have a heated print bed, skip rafts for optimal results. Some printers automatically add rafts if supports are activated; proceed with your print. Designing This Piece: I employed Tinkercad to create this project due to its user-friendly interface. I started by adding a box and then created another box within it, positioning the second box at an angle. Next, I added a back part and rested it on the first box while maintaining the same angle. Finally, I flattened the base by cutting out a hole from the bottom of the box. Stay tuned for updates on this project; a revised 123d Design version is being developed.
