I explored fractals and chaos in my winter term course, leveraging my college's cutting-edge Formlabs Form1 + 3D printer to bring theory to life. I created the design on Matlab using innovative affine transformations within Iterated Function Systems (IFS), carefully converting it into a versatile .stl file. Notably, areas of higher elevation indicated sections that were produced in subsequent iterations, allowing for a deeper understanding of fractal generation processes.
