Bowser/Varney Aerotrain passenger interior/chassis

This is a simple coach chassis/interior I created for the Bowser/Varney HO scale Aerotrain. It will hold one axle solid while the other is self-equalizing for better traction and smoother operation over bumps and rough spots. I make the axle bearings (1/8" long x4) and equalizing pin (3/8" long) using K&S brand 1/8" brass tubing. 33" freight car wheels with a 3/32" axle from Intermountain or NWSL work great, and for best operation over switches, I recommend using wheels with 110 tread. When assembling, make sure the self-equalizing axle holder can swivel left and right freely, and if adding weight, make sure to put it underneath. Plastic parts fit together well using super glue (CA), and the assembled chassis simply presses into the body and stays in place by friction.
