Bowling ball switchable thumb
thingiverse
This is a customizable thumb insert for bowling balls, designed specifically for 3D-printing and compatible with the Switchgrip mechanism. I've used PETG material to create it, and it functions flawlessly. However, if you choose to use a different material, you may need to fine-tune the clearance at the bottom of the mechanism. The thumb hole is intentionally omitted, as it will vary in size depending on individual preferences. Furthermore, the height of the insert should be adjusted accordingly. To print this design effectively, start with the bottom layer and work your way up, then modify the top surface to fit snugly around the bowling ball's texture.
