This 3D model is specifically designed for real-time applications in VR and architecture. Currently, the Turbosmooth modifier sits on top of its mesh geometry, completing 2 iterations and enhancing details with its smart algorithms. To give designers a better reference point, it is centrally located at the origin scene location. This rendering is done using Vray 3.0 software coupled with a simple Vray standard material that leaves textures untouched to preserve pure raw look. Note though, our scene does not come packaged with illumination setup so you'll need to input your own lights in case you need more dramatic and photorealistic effects in rendering your desired outputs. As for actual physical measurements if someone decided they want to take this project into 3D print, its maximum size can fit perfectly at 24,485cm high x 24,402cm wide x 11,924cm deep dimensions.
