This is a 3D model designed for use in VR, real-time applications, 3D printing, and various computer-generated (CG) projects including architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, etc. It's also 3D printable with the correct real-world scale. Initially created using 3ds Max 2016 and exported into other formats, this model is suitable for further subdivision to increase its resolution. The model was originally constructed as one solid geometry object ready for subdivision, making it easier to adapt to various project needs. Turbosmooth modifier with 2 iterations sits on top of the mesh geometry ensuring precise results. Also, centered at the origin of the scene and created using simple Vray standard materials without any textures. Rendered with Vray 3.0 and no additional illumination setup within the provided 3ds Max scene, making it easy to adapt and work with in any environment.
