Here is a suitable 3D model designed specifically for use in virtual reality, real-time applications, 3D printing, and various other CG projects like architectural interior scenes, visualizations, and animations. The 3D printable model maintains accurate real-world dimensions. It was initially created with the 2016 version of 3ds Max and exported into multiple formats for ease of use in various projects. This 3D model can be easily subdivided to enhance its resolution and detail. Initially created as a single solid geometry object, this model is prepared for subdivision and ready for further editing. The Turbosmooth modifier has been added on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations. For simplicity, rendering was performed using Vray 3.0, along with simple standard materials.
