The 3D model is optimized for use in virtual reality, real-time applications, and various computer-generated projects. This includes architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and other CG tasks. The model can be printed directly due to its correct real-world scale. Initially created using 3ds Max 2016, the file has been converted to multiple formats for greater flexibility. By subdividing the mesh, it is possible to further enhance the resolution of the model without major complications. Created as a singular geometry object, this design can be efficiently subdivided for more precise results. Additionally, a Turbosmooth modifier with two iterations sits atop the 3D geometry of the mesh. To further position the model within a scene, it has been centered at the origin. The rendering process was achieved using Vray 3.0 in conjunction with a standard material, and all applied textures were kept to an absolute minimum for the most realistic outcome possible. No external illumination settings are found in the accompanying 3ds Max scene file. As per specific dimensions for direct 3D printing, the model is set at: 17.001cm in width by 12.495cm in depth.
