This is a high-resolution 3D model suitable for virtual reality, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, and other complex projects requiring precise geometry. It's also ideal for visualizations and animations in CG settings. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016 software, this model has been exported into various formats to ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms. One of its unique features is its ability to be subdivided further to increase the resolution without compromising on detail. This is made possible by the solid geometry object structure, allowing it to be broken down or expanded as needed for detailed applications like architectural interior scenes or complex visualizations. Built as one piece of geometry with a Turbosmooth modifier layered over it and 2 iterations for detailed definition, this model stands at the right size and scale to represent realistic architecture or designs. Additionally, due to its creation in the world's centering point within the scene, rendering this model is very straightforward with VRay. In terms of materials used during rendering, only simple VRay standard was employed since it serves adequately well for showcasing purposes without additional texture details being required currently.
