The 3D model is designed to meet high standards in VR, real-time applications, 3D printing, and various CG projects including architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and more. Built with accuracy in mind, the model has a precise scale of real-world proportions. It's suitable for subdivision to increase its resolution further, thanks to its single solid geometry object. Created originally with 3ds Max 2016 and easily exportable to other formats, the model offers flexibility in use. Turbosmooth modifier is added on top of the mesh geometry with 2 iterations for a polished finish. Placed at the origin of the scene, the model ensures centered placement in your desired environment. For rendering, we utilize Vray 3.0 with simple standard materials, leaving room for textures should you desire them. Note that illumination setup is not included in the original 3ds Max scene. For 3D printing purposes, this model measures 20.628cm x 20.62cm x 9.276cm in dimension.
