Here is the spun text: Object created specifically for use in Virtual Reality environments and Real-Time applications is suitable for 3D printing. Architectural interior scenes are one example of the type of CG project it's ideal for. This object has accurate real-world proportions that will serve any scene perfectly. Originally, it was crafted using Autodesk's 3ds Max software version 2016 and then easily converted into multiple other file formats suitable for a wide range of needs. With enough detail to be highly detailed and complex, this 3D model is perfect for further subdivision, offering much more information in those finer details than at first glance. Created with an open mindset and flexible thinking as a single solid object, it's ideal for sub-division. Geometry can then be tweaked at leisure as desired, adding as many more iterations as you like until you have reached your required amount of detail. TurboSmooth modifier sits atop this highly complex mesh, with 2 iterations that are ready to use in most Real-Time environments, but not specifically for Real-time applications. All this complexity centered at the origin is very impressive. Lighting is a factor often left unthought when viewing an object such as this one because it hasn't had time to receive adequate lighting since no V-Ray materials or textures have been used. A 3ds Max scene doesn't hold much if any light so make your own illumination, not using what we have created because that could result in inaccurate information which may hinder rendering quality, with its current V-ray 3.0 lighting settings being a very bare-bones and simple material, which has absolutely no details to render with textures. A great thing about the scene however is how easily customizable it is, whether through texturing or otherwise - all thanks to one major asset we call subdivision. It truly allows this object reach full realization of all possibilities with such depth in visual presentation. To print the whole 3D model: a single build should result with perfect measurements and proportions every time for your real world-scale, high detailed objects in order to achieve accurate dimensions and maximum detail from top down at scale for these high precision models. This would result in total dimensions of exactly 18,398 centimeters by 18,958 centimeters in length/width by the height, giving your project or any you may start in future real accurate measures. If not wanting anything specific, it is recommended we change this model and get more into other work. We have no problem altering anything according to what clients wish for if a slight modification or completely different scene isn't something wanted yet here for future scenes to be developed around at request. If a need does come about and there's desire for small details within our highly precise 3D environment of architectural visualizations you're looking forward building, feel free to modify further as seen needed to fit new scene properly, then return once ready for that modification!
