This is a high-resolution 3D model optimized for seamless integration with VR, real-time applications, 3D printing, and architectural visualizations. It features correct real-world scale measurements and was originally created using 3ds Max 2016 before being exported into various other formats. For increased detail, the model can be further subdivided to achieve an even higher level of resolution. Initially built as one singular geometric object, it is fully prepared for subdivision and contains a Turbosmooth modifier placed directly atop its mesh geometry, allowing for a maximum of two iterations. Its positioning in 3D space has been centered around the scene's origin. The model's appearance was rendered using Vray 3.0 and equipped with simple yet effective standard materials from Vray, but devoid of any textures. Note that it was designed in 3ds Max without including any illumination setup within the scene itself. In terms of actual measurements for 3D printing purposes, this model comes out to a height of approximately 20441 cm, width of about 21965 cm, and a depth of roughly 120 cm.
