Human-designed 3D model is perfectly suitable for real-time VR applications, as well as other CG projects like visualizations and animations. The model has accurate real-world dimensions, making it ideal for architectural interior scenes and 3D printing purposes. The model's 3D print size measures exactly 17645cm in width, 17808cm in depth, and 12868cm in height. The geometry is built using 3ds Max 2016 and can be easily exported to other formats. To enhance its resolution, the object can be subdivided further. Initially, this single solid geometry was created for subdivision purposes and features a Turbosmooth modifier with 2 iterations on top of its mesh geometry. It has been centered at the origin of the scene. This model utilizes simple Vray standard material with no textures in the rendering process, which was achieved using Vray 3.0.
