This 3D model is optimized for VR, real-time applications, 3D printing, and various computer-generated project types including architectural interior scenes, visualizations, and animations. It boasts precise real-world scale and is ready to be 3D printed. Created in 2016 using 3ds Max software, the model was subsequently converted into other formats to increase its compatibility. This versatile asset can be further divided into smaller parts to refine its detail level, resulting in a more detailed final product. Originally built as one seamless solid geometry object, it is now subdivided and prepared for subdivision. A TurboSmooth modifier is strategically applied on top of the 3D model's underlying mesh geometry to enhance visual smoothness, following two iterations to perfect the results. By design, this 3D asset is positioned at the origin point of its associated scene. For rendering purposes, it was used with Vray 3.0 and simple yet effective Vray Standard material; texture information isn't present due to simplification for improved usability. Regarding illumination setup within the corresponding 3ds Max scene: it's left to be set by the end-user to customize their visual presentation. Lastly, we offer critical model measurements relevant to 3D printing, spanning an impressive dimension range of 20,303cm in height, width at 20,399cm, and depth standing at a considerable 11,605cm.
