Here's an ideal 3D model that's specifically designed to excel in various virtual reality (VR), real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, and even CG project visualizations. It is 3D printable with precise real-world scale, perfect for detailed projects. Created using 3ds Max 2016 software and effortlessly exportable to multiple formats. For more defined results, this model can be further subdivided. It comes in a single solid geometry object, making it seamless for subdivision tasks. A Turbosmooth modifier is added on top of the mesh geometry with an optimal 2 iterations. This 3D model is placed at the scene's origin for perfect centering. Rendering was carried out using Vray 3.0 and standard simple Vray materials, devoid of textures. Unfortunately, the illumination setup in 3ds Max scenes wasn't provided.
