Bowl Cap for Gaggia Gelatiera

I've got a Gaggia Gelateriera ice cream maker that I really enjoy using. The stirring mechanism is held down by a thumbscrew, which actually consists of a standard M6 machine screw with a hex head set in a plastic cup - or at least it did before it came loose. The replacement uses a full metal thumbscrew to hold down a plastic cup, which then holds down the stirring mechanism. I believe my design is an improvement over the original part because it doesn't rely on glue to withstand axial force... Anyway, it works great and now I'm off making some ice cream.
