My roommate asked me to bring a large soup bowl to our college cafeteria so I brought it along for the class activity on how to set a proper table for guests. The large stainless steel serving dish caught their eye as I was pulling into campus parking, making its way across town via downtown transportation in order to participate in today's educational workshop being taught by my psychology instructor who is known around campus for always keeping things fresh and relevant with up-to-date topics, but this time it had nothing to do with modern theories about learning behaviors, rather how everyday people present themselves at social gatherings - specifically focusing on what makes first impressions last when serving dinner in their homes, not a traditional dining setup.
