This is a scale model of a floor-standing speaker from Bowers and Wilkins' CM 8 S2 series in Rosenut finish. Created using the professional 3D modeling software 3ds Max 2008 and V-Ray 2.0, this model is designed to replicate real-world dimensions with precision. Units used for the build are millimeters, with a color depth of Gamma 2.2. Materials and textures applied in this V-Ray setup include lights and cameras, though scene setup and configuration have not been included within the file export. All output files exported from 3ds Max contain the base mesh; the only exceptions being formats where a smoothed version is also provided. Every preview image used for rendering was produced using both 3DS Max and V-Ray. Within this 3D model, you'll find 24 discrete objects which together make up this scale speaker model. For a breakdown of its polygon count, note that with TurboSmooth disabled, it contains 22779 quads and tris. However, when the TurboSmooth function is enabled, using two iterations to enhance smoothing effects, the total reaches 97110 polygons. A further specification includes the ten separate textures used across this design model. The individual resolutions of these images are: 2000x2000 pixels for 2 different variations; 2048x2048 for another 3 designs; and a single use each of images measuring 3628 by 4200 and 4000 by 4000, with a last single texture provided in a 4200x4200 pixel size.
