This is a digital representation of a floor-standing speaker, the Bowers and Wilkins 803 D2 in Rosenut finish. It was created using computer-aided design software called 3ds Max 2008, combined with advanced rendering technology from V-ray 2.0. Every aspect of this model is accurate to real-world proportions, scaled down to millimeters (the units used). The lighting and camera settings for the scene are not included in this digital file. Only one format exists beyond what's available in 3ds Max: the exported mesh can be found as a base model with no smoothing, as well as smoothed versions of each object within the scene. This model was built to include every intricate detail found on the actual product, and all preview images you see were rendered using 3DS Max software paired with V-Ray rendering tools. The file is composed of many separate components: 27 units work together seamlessly in this final creation. The mesh counts over 32,750 quadrilateral faces, roughly 1,350 triangular ones, and none of the shapes contain more than 4 points, also known as n-gons. In terms of geometry and structure, we find the speaker's base count totals at 34,100 units with no turbo-smoothing. However, activating this function – allowing it to work over two iterations, produces a result consisting of around 230,800 unique polygonic surfaces. Lastly, a range of textures has been carefully created for your viewing pleasure – precisely ten variations on display here. The high-resolution files span in pixel dimensions: from a low setting at 2048 pixels by 2048, going all the way up to larger sizes like 3628 by 4200 and others ranging across numerous different configurations with the last few ending in numbers such as -2 or even 5 at points (e.g. a dimension of 4000 pixels square.)
