This is a replica of floor-standing speakers from Bowers and Wilkins, model 683 S2, with a white finish. Built with 3ds Max 2009 and V-Ray 2.5 software, this model scales down to real-world measurements. The measurement units used are millimeters. The gamma setting for color representation is Gamma 2.2. Textures and materials applied in the scene make use of the advanced features available within V-Ray. Lighting effects, cameras, and other scene configurations are not included in this download package. For file types beyond those compatible with 3ds Max, a low-resolution mesh has been provided for each separate model object. Previews were created by using 3DS Max with V-Ray to render out final images at the required settings. In total, this Bowers and Wilkins replica model contains twenty-three distinct objects. The initial polygon count stands at eighteen thousand three hundred thirty-six quads, two thousand two hundred eighty-four tris, and zero ngons combined. Turning on TurboSmooth processing with two passes adds over one hundred one thousand polygons to the overall object. Seven texture maps are used within this model package.
