Bowden Tube Y-Splitter with PC4-M6 Connections
prusaprinters

Print with ABS or PETG with brim and support (only touching print bed). You need to rotate the model so that the single entry is at the bottom. After printing, remove the support by pushing filament through one of the opposite entries. You must add a short (6mm) bowden tube piece on the other side of the PC4-M6 of the single entry before screwing it in (see picture), otherwise the filament will not travel smoothly. Don't use too much force when screwing in the PC4-M6's.

Make sure to disconnect or switch off the AMS before feeding the external filament. A filament runout sensor switch at the external bowden input cutting the power to the AMS can do this automatically (see separate model https://www.printables.com/de/model/262945-bambu-lab-automatic-ams-switch).

You must use “UNLOAD” when removing the external filament, not manual retract. This will give the filament a clean cut and it will not stuck in the splitter.

Please see also: https://www.printables.com/de/model/254250-bowden-y-splitter-for-bambu-lab-x1
