Bowden tube to PC4-M10 coupler v0.41

This should work with any 3d printer with an extruder that uses a PC4-M10 fitting and a bowden tube with a 4mm outer diameter. The coupler prevents the bowden tube from sliding during retractions, which should reduce stringing and prolong the life of the PC4-M10 fitting indefinitely. Both v0.3 and v0.41 have incredible holder power on the bowden tube and PC4-M10, but v0.3 is larger and the nut is easier to thread on. Mass, size and length are reduced with v0.41, and the tools are shorter and the couple & coupler wrench have a groove that helps it stay aligned during assembly. Two M3 screws are required. The wrenches are for convenience, and aren't necessary. I've been testing with PLA, 4 perimeters, 20% infill. The nut was printed with 0.10mm layer height. The coupler has a 0.20mm default layer height with 0.10mm layer height for the coupler threads, and the nut is also printed at 0.10mm. Optional: Putting oil or grease on the threads of the coupler will help with getting the nut threaded further onto the coupler and increase the grip of the coupler to the bowden tube. The grip on the coupler and bowden tube has been amazing in my testing, so much so that the bowden tube might break before it slips. To provide even more insurance against slippage, use carbon fiber friction paste, like the type used to assemble carbon fiber bicycles, on the inside of the coupler where the parts contact the PC4-M10 and bowden tube. The paste has grit in it that prevents the parts from sliding. Friction paste: https://www.amazon.com/Finish-Line-Bicycle-Assembly-1-75-Ounce/dp/B0012RIEM6/
