Bowden Tube Push Fit Lock

Bowden Tube Push Fit Lock

I discovered the culprit behind Bowden tube fitting damage: the push/pull motion of extruders constantly stretching their round plastic locks in and out. To prevent this, I created a device that secures it firmly in place. Thorough testing has proven its effectiveness - not a single fitting has been damaged since installing these on my printers. Two M3 16 mm screws and two M3 nuts are required for assembly. The M3 nuts are loaded from the side to stay put during attachment or removal. Longer screws can also work, but they'll protrude slightly. No supports are needed anywhere; simply print the parts with the flat surface facing your build plate.
