Bowden Tube Protector (M8)

Upon testing my Z-Height upgrade, I found that my Bowden tube was rubbing against the M8 bar at the top of the machine frame during upper layer printing. To solve this issue quickly, I created a simple cover in Autocad which securely attaches to the M8 bar and prevents the tube from contacting the thread. This design works well for my RepRap Mendel; however, it may not be compatible with tricolor configurations due to the extruder's upper positioning. If you often print tall objects and desire protection, consider relocating your extruders.
