I'm working on a custom part that attaches quick release connectors for Bowden tubes to a CTC replicator clone. It also holds a sensor for automatic bed levelling on the side. This part uses a 12mm sensor, specifically an LJ12A3-4-Z/AX model. Since there's limited space on the CTC, I've positioned the sensor just outside the carriage, which requires adjusting the soft end stops (travel limits) to prevent the printer from colliding with the left-hand x-axis mount. The design for the Bowden tube connectors was inspired by a similar part found on Thingiverse, but it's not a direct remix. Here are my print settings: Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: ABS plastic
