Bowden tube holder

Bowden tube holder

thingiverse

Initially, I designed a printable Bowden tube holder for my Ender 3 Printer, specifically for the EMaker Huxley. The standard pneumatic connector often failed to hold the slippery 3mm PTFE (nylon) tubing securely in place. After testing, this new design proved effective. To assemble the holder, print two copies and use four nuts, bolts (I used 4mm x 30mm), and two 20cm long, 5mm wide cable ties. Wrap these components around the Bowden tube and secure it to the feeder part with the cable ties. If needed, apply sandpaper's rough side on the PTFE tubing for better grip. (Note: As of Dec 22, 2011, you only need to print two holders, not four.)
