Bowden tube cutter top remix

I revised the https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3968738. I printed the bottom and bolt from this thing, but redesigned the top. I envisioned the razor being mounted more securely in the top part of the cutter, making it feel firmer to hold. Now you can slide the razor into its holder and lock it firmly in place with 3 M3x10 bolts. It's also incredibly enjoyable to remix a design, gaining valuable insights from the process.
