Bowden tube clip

Here's how to replace the original blue horseshoe with our upgraded design. This custom-made clip eliminates the frustrating play in the Bowden tube, reducing the likelihood of retraction and underextrusion issues that can plague your prints. Our innovative design is based on Jelle Boomstra's original Ultimaker Retraction Ring concept, but we've taken it to the next level by creating a smaller, more convenient clip that makes installation a breeze. The result is a secure connection between the Bowden tube and the Hotend's Bowden tube that won't interfere with any cables, including the cartridge heater, PT100 temperature sensor, or fan. To Print: Layer Height: 0.1 mm Infill Percentage: 100% Instructions: When printed, simply follow these easy steps to replace your old clip: 1. Remove the original blue horseshoe clip (or whatever type of clip you have). 2. Insert the Bowden tube into the clamp until it stops. 3. Attach our new clip to the Hotend's Bowden tube. 4. Get back to printing with confidence, knowing that our upgraded design will give you precise control over your extrusion and minimize any issues caused by retraction or underextrusion.
