I'm really impressed with Stefan's holder design. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me on my Sapphire pro printer - the tube ended up at an awkward angle to the hotend. I think this might be due to some differences in the printer's dimensions. I'm hoping that a new series of printers will solve the problem. Meanwhile, I've created a custom design that should fit perfectly on my printer. This time around, I've opted for M3x8mm screws, just like I used for my previous cable holder project. If you still have the original screws lying around, feel free to print Version 2 of this design.
