Bowden to Throat wingnut
thingiverse
I experienced problems with my filament getting stuck due to jamming issues. The culprit turned out to be a plastic spacer located within the heat-sync throat, where the filament would become misshapen and melt. To resolve this, I removed the offending plastic spacer and replaced it with an additional throat, securing the bowden end in place using a wingnut. No tools are necessary for this fix, but if extra tightening is required to prevent thread damage, consider wrapping the area with something to protect the threads from crushing. This fix allowed me to print successfully at 0.1mm layer height using PLA material.
