Easily extrude liquids and gels with this tool, which boasts a 10ml syringe fed by a 3/2mm tube connected to a standard luer connector on the moving end. The carriage has no heavy parts and can be cut out from 4mm plywood using a lasercutter after adjusting the offset for laser kerf. Assemble the wooden case, leaving space for the syringe slot, and secure the motor screws, thumb wheel, and motor axis with epoxy glue. Insert 'trapezium nuts' into the 8mm shaft slots and connect the tube to the syringe or tip using a luer lock (or alternative methods until proper tubing is available).
