Bowden Support E3D Titan FT-5 713 Maker
thingiverse
I made a remix of jterranella's Ft-5 Bowden bracket, which aligns perfectly with the 713 maker aluminum carriage and E3D Titan extruder. The ptfe tube already attaches securely to the Titan, so this added support gives it an extra boost. Additionally, I included a nub for zip-tying wires in place. Don't attempt to simply snap this on - I learned that the hard way with my first one, and it ended up breaking. Instead, slide it down from the top. (Afterthought: To make this process smoother, you'll need to remove the carriage screws first.) UPDATE: I've since switched to using the BODY4 file, which boasts recesses that prevent screws from getting in the way. This design is a bit tighter, but you can still slide it on over the top with ease. I also removed the slot and opted for a M6 push-in tuning fitting instead. To make this work, I had to tap some threads into place using a tap tool.
