This adapter is specifically made for the Thingiverse design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28430). I have used it in my Z-Max Prusa and Z-Max Alpha printers, which are dual Bowden Prusa variants. The smaller printer has a build size of 200x200x254mm, while the Alpha model boasts a larger 228x432x254mm (Depth x Width x Height) printing area. Once I have more time, I plan to publish the complete machine design. The adapter is designed to fit and work with your existing extruder, but make sure to pre-drill its base to avoid splitting layers. This adapter was created to continue supporting a part that would otherwise become obsolete on omnomproject.com.
